1-DFM
To confirm the parting line, the gate location and size, ejector location, draft, wall thickness, critical tolerance etc. that will reduce the risk of defect or mistake.
2-Mold Design
Use shared mold base and standard tooling components as many as possible, to save money and manufacturing time cost.
3- CNC/Wire cutting/EDM
Cut out the shape of core and cavity of the mold, About the toolmaking tolerances, our standard tolerances conform to DIN-2768-1-fine.
4- Surface treatment
Surface finishes for the core and cavity can be made according to VDI 3400 series for sparking texture surface, and follow Mold-Tech equivalent for Texture surfaces.
